For many months I have had little desire to paint. Sometimes I feel guilty if I don’t paint. God gave me a wonderful gift and I feel like I am throwing it away when I don’t use it. Recently I went on ebay and looked at painted rocks. There are some of the “old timers” still on there and a host of “newbies”. I enjoy seeing everyone’s work – their different styles and points of view with similar subjects. While viewing the rocks I decided that I needed to begin again. I had several projects started, but not finished. This snake was one of them. I had it almost all done but did not like the way the head was. I reshaped it and finished the piece. Feels good to have gotten something completed! Makes it easier to do the next one.
